SPORTS PERFORMANCE
We focus on getting athletes ready for the rigorous demands of any given sport. This specific training program compared to strength and conditioning, has a much more narrow focus, specifically catered to the needs of that athlete. We utilize integrated movement that focuses on functional strength and neuromuscular efficiency. We pride ourselves on creating regiments that enable and encourage the athlete to work in all three planes of motion, as opposed to just one. Our Sports Performance Programs focus on often overlooked areas such as flexibility, cardiorespiratory efficiency, core strength, balance, plyometric training, speed, agility, and fast-twitch training.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength and Conditioning is important because it can prevent injuries and mental burnout. Its primary focus is proper, efficient movements, muscle building, heightened mobility, and power training. Safety is of optimum importance for our TransFigure Athletes. We take every advised measure and opportunity throughout our strength and conditioning programs to aid in improving the athlete’s health and preventing injuries.
