MEET COACH KWAKE
Kwakwu “Coach K” Kwarteng is a Human Performance Specialist and Sports Performance Coach with over 8 years of experience developing athletes through movement-based performance training. A former collegiate athlete at Valdosta State University, Coach K specializes in speed, power, explosiveness, and athletic development for youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and competitive athletes.
With a Master’s degree in Human Performance & Fitness from Trevecca University, Coach K combines science-backed sports performance training with real-world athletic experience to help athletes move better, perform stronger, and compete at a higher level.
